The Senior Human Resources Associate supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. This role serves as a key resource for managers and employees, ensuring HR best practices, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding, administering benefits and leave programs, maintaining HR policies and documentation, supporting performance management, mentoring junior HR staff, and driving process improvements. The role will also manage HRIS functions within ADP and UKG, including employee data, reporting, audits, and system administration, while partnering closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS systems, benefits, and payroll processes. Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to improve HR workflows, reporting, communications, and operational efficiency is preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements 7+ years of experience in human resources with broad exposure to employee relations, HR administration, and people operations.

Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance practices affecting day-to-day HR work.

Hands-on experience managing onboarding, benefits administration, leave coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms and familiarity with ADP or comparable payroll-related systems.

Ability to analyze HR data, maintain accurate records, and support reporting and audit activities.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and leadership.

Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance HR workflows, communications, or operational efficiency is preferred.
