Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for client openings.
- Conduct reference checks, maintain candidate communication, and support a positive candidate experience.
- Generate leads, prospect new business, and build relationships with hiring managers and local employers.
- Perform cold calling, networking, client follow-up, and account maintenance to support new business development.
- Match qualified candidates with client needs while supporting quality placements and long-term account growth.
- Negotiate rates, provide customer service, and manage activity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
