Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced private money, bridge, or non-agency mortgage professional with an active referral network and a strong track record originating high-value California real estate loans.

This is not an entry-level or call-center role. The position is focused on relationship-driven business development, loan structuring, and transaction leadership for private money loans secured by quality California properties. The right candidate will bring executive presence, sound loan judgment, urgency, discretion, and the ability to convert established relationships into a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Originate high-value private money and bridge loan opportunities through established relationships with mortgage brokers, luxury real estate agents, high-net-worth borrowers, and referral partners.
- Qualify and structure transactions by evaluating collateral, borrower strength, leverage, liquidity, timing, and exit strategy.
- Lead loans from inquiry through funding by managing expectations, commitments, underwriting coordination, processing, closing, and communication.
- Maintain strong referral relationships through clear, responsive, professional communication and practical lending solutions.
- Own pipeline activity, CRM updates, next steps, projected volume, conversion ratios, and production forecasting.
- Follow company policies and applicable private money lending requirements while maintaining credit discipline and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Annual salary: $70,000.
