We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Facilities Assistant to help create an exceptional workplace experience in a fast-growing startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring the office runs smoothly so employees can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day office and facilities operations

• Conduct office walkthroughs to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workplace

• Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers

• Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and onboarding logistics

• Manage office, kitchen, and facilities supplies and inventory

• Support company events, all-hands meetings, and employee engagement activities

• Respond to facility requests and troubleshoot workplace issues

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and employee-focused office environment

Requirements

1+ years of facilities, workplace, office services, hospitality, or operations experience

Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting supplies and setting up workspaces

Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
