Senior Financial Analyst

A growing subscription-based technology company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, tracking, and management of annual operating budgets, with a focus on sales and marketing.

Build and maintain revenue and expense forecasting models across multiple recurring-revenue business lines.

Partner with finance leadership to support planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Sales Operations to improve reporting processes and KPI analysis.

Analyze trends and provide insights to support financial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.

Strong experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or recurring-revenue business models.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification or advanced degree such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred.

Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and functions such as INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, NPV, and IRR.

Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or database tools such as Tableau or Power Pivot.

Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar systems.
