We are seeking a Customer Service/Logistics Specialist to support customers while coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer orders and shipment inquiries

  • Coordinate shipping schedules, tracking, and delivery updates

  • Resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and transportation

  • Work with carriers, vendors, and internal departments

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or logistics systems

  • Prepare reports and documentation related to logistics activity
