We are seeking a Panel Assembly Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with hands-on experience assembling, testing, inspecting, and repairing cable assemblies, wire harnesses, control panels, and electromechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble cable assemblies, wire harnesses, panels, and electromechanical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Cut, strip, crimp, solder, terminate, route, and secure wires and cables using hand tools, soldering equipment, heat guns, and specialized assembly equipment.
- Perform continuity, resistance, and functional testing using multimeters, continuity testers, and related electrical test equipment.
- Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship, accuracy, quality compliance, and conformance to customer specifications.
- Identify and report defects, discrepancies, non-conforming materials, or process issues to support production and quality goals.
- Maintain accurate production documentation while following ESD, safety, and 5S work-area practices.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour.
