Description

Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a growing, complex manufacturing and projectbased organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a financial partner to Program and Project Managers. This role operates at the program levelsimilar to a minicontrollersupporting active programs across engineering, manufacturing, and R& D environments.

This position is ideal for a candidate with strong cost accounting, contract, and program finance experience who enjoys partnering crossfunctionally and driving financial visibility at the project level. For more information on this position, please call Lisa Cole at 916-649-0832.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for assigned programs and projects

• Prepare quarterly profit and cash reporting at the program level

• Track, analyze, and forecast program costs, margins, and cash flow

• Manage invoicing and milestone billing; partner with AR for collections

• Perform variance analysis, estimatestocomplete (ETC), and estimatesatcompletion (EAC)

• Support revenue recognition activities with working knowledge of ASC 606

• Assist with audits (internal, external, and government, as applicable)

• Prepare monthly program financial packages and adhoc analysis

• Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Contracts, and Operations teams

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in program finance, cost accounting, or projectbased financial analysis

• Manufacturing, government contracting, or defenserelated experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of cost reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Exposure to earned value management (EVM/EVMS) a plus

• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required
