We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing team in the Adelanto, CA area. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on CNC professional who enjoys programming, setting up machines, solving machining challenges, and producing accurate, high-quality precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machinery to produce precision machined parts.
- Complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, workholding, and machining strategies.
- Work with CNC mills, CNC lathes, horizontal mills, and vertical boring mills.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, make adjustments, maintain production documentation, and support preventative maintenance activities.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $28 to $35 per hour.
