Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Spring Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a construction professional who can lead complex commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, education, municipal, and public works projects from pre-construction through final closeout.

The Project Manager will play a key role in driving project profitability, schedule performance, client satisfaction, safety, and quality across high-impact construction projects. Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project requirements to support successful execution.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change orders, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and overall financial performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate manpower planning, procurement, material deliveries, field operations, inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control.
- Lead project meetings, support field leadership, mentor team members, and promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
