We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to support property leasing operations and deliver a positive experience for prospective and current tenants. The ideal candidate will be skilled in tenant communication, property tours, lease support, and administrative coordination, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and respond to leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Explain property features, availability, lease terms, and community policies to prospective residents or tenants.

• Assist with lease application processing, documentation, and move-in coordination.

• Maintain accurate records of prospect activity, lease status, and tenant communications.

• Support marketing and outreach efforts to help maintain occupancy goals.

• Coordinate with property management staff regarding unit availability, maintenance updates, and resident needs.

• Provide general administrative support related to leasing operations and tenant service.

Requirements

Qualications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in real estate, business, or related field is a plus.

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management or leasing software is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work weekends or flexible hours as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential or commercial leasing environments.

• Ability to build rapport with prospective tenants and support occupancy goals.

• Strong administrative and follow-up skills.

• Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach.
