Natalie Lue with Robert Half is partnering with a well-established accounting services firm seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and overseeing the full accounting cycle.

Responsibilities:

Full-charge bookkeeping for multiple clients

Manage AP, AR, and account reconciliations

Process payroll and support payroll-related inquiries (Paychex, ADP, or similar platforms a plus)

Prepare financial statements, reporting, and analysis

Supervise, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients

Requirements

Prior Accounting Supervisor or similar leadership experience required

Strong full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping expertise

Advanced QuickBooks experience required

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
