Are you looking for more than a traditional client service role?

I'm partnering with a well-established and highly regarded investment management firm is seeking a Private Client Service Associate to join its growing private client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated financial services professional who enjoys delivering exceptional client experiences, collaborating across departments, and gaining exposure to a broad range of wealth management and investment operations functions.

You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients while partnering closely with advisors, operations professionals, and firm leadership to help support and strengthen the overall client experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients

• Support account administration and client onboarding activities

• Partner with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver solutions

• Assist with wealth management and investment operations processes

• Maintain accurate records and documentation while handling sensitive information with discretion

• Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

• Help ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of client service, wealth management operations, investment operations, or related financial services experience

• Experience within an RIA, investment management firm, family office, broker-dealer, or similar environment preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information

• Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving

• Technology savvy, with cybersecurity awareness considered a strong plus
