Composite TechnicianADV Fiberglass

We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our composites manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on laminating fiberglass and carbon fiber components using vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) and resin infusion processes to produce high-quality structural and cosmetic parts.

• Laminate fiberglass and carbon fiber into molds

• Set up and execute vacuum-assisted resin infusion, including bagging, vacuum lines, and flow monitoring

• Prepare molds by cleaning, waxing, and staging

• Cut, organize, and stage composite materials

• Apply peel ply, flow media, and bagging materials

• Inspect finished parts for cosmetic quality, fiber placement, and structural integrity

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow all safety procedures

• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain quality in a production environment
