We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. The Senior Network Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor across infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems administration. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and workflows to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud implementations, and technology modernization projects.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical escalation support, and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure and network issues.
- Develop IT policies, procedures, documentation, security best practices, and executive-level recommendations.
- Support cybersecurity assessments, vendor management, compliance efforts, and mentoring of internal IT team members.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
