Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a temporary, on-site opportunity supporting high-volume technical hiring in the Goleta and Santa Barbara, CA area. This 6-month contract assignment offers an immediate start and the potential for extension.

This role is ideal for an experienced technical recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building strong candidate pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Technical Recruiter will play a key role in identifying and hiring top technical talent while delivering a professional, positive candidate experience.

Candidates can expect a collaborative recruiting environment with supportive leadership, active hiring manager engagement, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business-critical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, schedule, interview, and guide candidates through the recruiting process for technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activity within an Applicant Tracking System.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support compliant hiring practices aligned with employment laws, OFCCP requirements, and internal procedures.
- Provide a positive candidate experience while balancing multiple requisitions and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $35.00 to $55.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temporary contract, 6 months with potential extension.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Work arrangement: On-site in Goleta, CA.
- Immediate start available.
