What You Will Do:

As the Mission Management Consultant, you will:

• Lead complex TSA and DHS mission support engagements, providing strategic advisory services to senior government executives and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, staffing, budgeting, risk management, and performance tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Drive executive-level communications, facilitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement efforts to achieve mission outcomes and organizational alignment.
• Develop and implement operating models, strategic plans, business processes, performance management frameworks, and transformation initiatives supporting TSA priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government leaders, supporting decision-making through analysis, recommendations, and executive-ready products.
• Lead teams of consultants and analysts, providing mentorship, quality assurance, professional development, and delivery oversight.
• Support business development activities, including capture efforts, proposal development, white papers, staffing plans, and growth initiatives within TSA and DHS accounts.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• EIGHT (8) or more years of experience supporting federal government clients in management consulting, strategy, transformation, program management, or organizational change efforts. Experience must include:
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale programs, projects, or strategic initiatives.
  • Engaging senior executives and facilitating stakeholder alignment across complex organizations.
  • Developing executive communications, briefings, reports, recommendations, and strategic deliverables.
  • Supporting/managing program governance, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and performance reporting.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Master's degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Capture, proposal, and business development experience within the DHS market.
• Experience facilitating executive councils, boards, governance forums, or cross-functional working groups.
