Key Responsibilities

- Open and maintain personal and business banking accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with banking products, services, account questions, and transaction needs.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs.
- Process teller transactions while maintaining accurate records and account documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and deliver a positive client experience.
- Follow banking policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
