About the Role:
As a CNA/HHA at SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include:
Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication reminders
Caring for seniors and assisting with their needs such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Assisting with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and transferring between beds and wheelchairs
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients
Requirements:
1+ year of experience as a CNA/HHA
Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
