  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff development.

Program Growth & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and referral partners.

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase access to treatment.

  • Support program development, community outreach, and patient census growth.

  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to implement operational improvements and growth strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use disorder treatment.

  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience within a healthcare or behavioral health setting.

  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems.

  • Valid Delaware clinical behavioral health professional license or equivalent national certification.

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.

  • Valid driver's license meeting organizational requirements.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Site Director, or Addiction Treatment Leader.

  • Background in substance use disorder treatment, medication-assisted treatment, or PHP/IOP programs.

  • Experience as a therapist, counselor, or other behavioral health clinician.

  • Experience with Kipu EHR.

  • Established relationships within the Delaware behavioral health community.

  • Experience with community outreach, referral development, or program expansion.

An RN background is not required. Candidates with clinical behavioral health or counseling experience who have transitioned into leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
