Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to support the creation of high-quality marketing materials for a Long-term Contract position based in Newark, Delaware. This opportunity focuses primarily on print execution while also contributing to select digital assets that support broader campaign needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually precise, and comfortable producing brand-consistent collateral for sales, events, and promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and refine print-ready marketing pieces such as brochures, presentation decks, and single-page sell sheets with strong attention to layout accuracy and brand standards.

Develop production artwork for trade show materials and other promotional collateral, ensuring files are properly formatted for output and distribution.

Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to adapt, revise, and finalize creative assets across a range of marketing deliverables.

Partner with internal stakeholders to translate creative direction into clean, consistent production files that meet project specifications and deadlines.

Review artwork carefully for alignment, typography, image quality, and overall formatting before final delivery.

Support limited digital design needs by updating or preparing visual assets that align with existing campaign and brand requirements. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with strong hands-on experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Demonstrated background in print production and preparation of files for high-quality output.

Experience creating or updating marketing collateral in a production-focused design environment.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, image handling, and visual consistency across branded materials.

Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing and finalizing artwork. Innovation starts with people.
