Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Claims Services Representative to support claim-related inquiries and administrative processes for a long-term contract opportunity in Newark, Delaware. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and can deliver dependable service to customers and internal partners. The role centers on handling claim documentation, providing timely updates, and helping ensure each case moves forward accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer and stakeholder questions regarding claim status, documentation, and next steps with professionalism and clarity.

Review incoming claim information for completeness and accuracy, and enter details into internal systems in a timely manner.

Coordinate with adjusters, service teams, and other internal partners to support the progress of active claims.

Maintain organized claim records by updating files, tracking communications, and documenting actions taken on each case.

Follow established procedures to process claim-related transactions and escalate issues that require additional review.

Communicate with claimants and relevant parties to obtain missing information and help prevent delays in resolution.

Monitor assigned workloads to ensure service standards are met while balancing multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements Prior experience in customer service, claims support, or claim administration.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately.

Comfort working with computer systems and updating records in a timely manner.

Proven ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
