A healthcare services organization in Glenolden, PA is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for a direct hire opportunity focused on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries. This role is ideal for a physician who is early in their orthopedic career and wants to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment.

The Orthopedic Surgeon will work closely with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, clinical support staff, and multidisciplinary care teams to help patients recover from orthopedic, traumatic, occupational, or motor vehicle-related injuries. This opportunity offers a supportive setting with strong clinical teamwork, professional collaboration, and a focus on ethical, compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and manage patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries.
- Diagnose orthopedic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests to support clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support recovery and return-to-activity planning.
- Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, expectations, and care plans clearly to patients.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $200 to $250 per hour.
