We're looking for someone with 3-8 years of experience as a Warehouse/Fleet Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and vehicle fleet. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping inventory organized, ensuring fleet vehicles are properly maintained, and leading a team to meet daily operational goals. You'll play a key part in maintaining efficiency across both warehouse and fleet functions while keeping everything running smoothly. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff coordination to ensure efficient workflow Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Monitor operational budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs across both warehouse and fleet functions

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse, logistics, or fleet environment Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards related to warehouse operations and vehicle fleet management Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while maintaining attention to detail
