We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience as an HVAC General Manager to oversee and coordinate facility maintenance operations. In this role, you'll manage a team of technicians while ensuring all systems — from HVAC to plumbing — are running smoothly and efficiently. Oversee daily HVAC operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality service delivery, and adherence to industry standards and safety regulations Lead and develop a team of technicians and support staff, setting performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Drive business growth by identifying new revenue opportunities, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors
Proven experience in a general management or senior leadership role within the HVAC or related trades industry Strong understanding of business financials, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites and client meetings as needed
