2 HVAC Installersadvance cool air

Advance Cool Air is hiring experienced HVAC Installers for residential and light-commercial replacements and installations throughout South Florida. We are looking for installers who take pride in clean work, follow manufacturer instructions and code requirements, and complete documentation before leaving the job. 

Remove existing equipment and install split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, package units, and related accessories. 

Build or modify plenums, transitions, drain lines, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, equipment pads, and supports within approved scope. 

Braise with nitrogen, pressure-test, evacuate, charge, start up, and verify system operation. 

Read work orders, plans, manufacturer instructions, permit documents, and equipment specifications. 

Protect the customer's property and maintain a clean, safe work area from setup through final cleanup. 

Record model and serial numbers, startup readings, photos, materials, and job notes in the company CRM. 

Communicate shortages, changes, code issues, or additional work to management before proceeding. 

Support inspections, punch-list corrections, and callback prevention. 

At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience; lead-install experience is preferred for the upper end of the range. 

Working knowledge of airflow, refrigerant practices, condensate drainage, electrical safety, and installation codes. 

EPA Section 608 certification preferred. 

Ability to read tape measurements, use trade tools, and work accurately without constant supervision. 

Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
