Advance Builders Group is hiring experienced Service Plumbers for residential and light-commercial work throughout South Florida. The ideal candidate can diagnose plumbing problems, perform clean code-compliant repairs, communicate options clearly, and complete accurate job documentation.
Diagnose and repair leaks, stoppages, fixtures, toilets, faucets, disposals, water heaters, valves, supply lines, and drainage systems.
Perform approved installations, replacements, rough-ins, and corrective work within company scope and licensing requirements.
Use appropriate testing, locating, drain-cleaning, and hand or power tools safely.
Read work orders, plans, manufacturer instructions, and applicable plumbing-code requirements.
Prepare estimates, explain findings and options, obtain approvals, and collect payment according to company procedures.
Document photos, materials, measurements, job notes, recommendations, signatures, and completed work in the CRM.
Protect customer property, maintain a clean work area, and remove job debris.
Maintain assigned tools, truck inventory, and vehicle condition.
At least 3 years of residential or light-commercial plumbing service experience.
Strong knowledge of water distribution, drainage, fixtures, water heaters, troubleshooting, and safe work practices.
Applicable journeyman credential is preferred where required by the local jurisdiction.
Ability to communicate professionally and explain technical issues in plain language.
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
Comfort using a mobile CRM, digital estimates, and photo documentation.
