Advance Cool Air is hiring dependable HVAC Apprentices who want to build a long-term skilled-trade career. Apprentices work alongside experienced technicians and installers while learning safe work practices, tools, equipment, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-service standards. 

Assist technicians and installers with tools, materials, equipment setup, cleanup, and approved work tasks. 

Learn HVAC safety, electrical fundamentals, refrigeration practices, airflow, drainage, controls, and system components. 

Help perform maintenance, filter changes, coil cleaning, drain-line service, equipment removal, and installation support under supervision. 

Load and unload materials, maintain organized work areas, and protect customer property. 

Record required photos, model and serial information, materials, and job notes as directed. 

Maintain assigned tools, personal protective equipment, vehicle stock, and shop cleanliness. 

Attend required training, ask questions before performing unfamiliar work, and work toward EPA certification. 

No prior HVAC experience is required, but trade school, mechanical aptitude, or construction experience is helpful. 

Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and accept coaching. 

Basic math, reading, smartphone, and communication skills. 

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the assigned reporting location. 

Ability to follow safety rules and perform only work that has been taught and authorized. 

EPA certification is a plus; candidates must be willing to earn it.
