Advance Builders Group is hiring Plumbing Apprentices who want hands-on training and a long-term career in the plumbing trade. Apprentices assist experienced plumbers, learn safe and code-conscious work practices, and progress as they demonstrate reliability, technical skill, and quality workmanship. 

Assist lead plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings Help transport, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for job sites Support the team in keeping work areas clean, safe, and compliant with relevant codes and regulations

Assist plumbers with tools, materials, job setup, demolition, installation support, cleanup, and approved repair tasks. 

Learn plumbing safety, fittings, valves, fixtures, water heaters, supply piping, drainage, venting, and basic troubleshooting. 

Measure, cut, prepare, and organize materials under supervision. 

Load and unload vehicles, maintain truck stock, and keep work areas and the shop organized. 

Protect customer property and follow jobsite, ladder, trench, tool, and personal protective equipment requirements. 

Record photos, materials, job notes, and other documentation as directed. 

Attend training, ask questions, and perform only tasks that have been taught and authorized.
