Advance Quality Roofing is hiring a professional Roofing Sales Representative to inspect properties, develop accurate proposals, and guide customers through repair or replacement options. This is a field-based role for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable on roofs, and committed to ethical sales. Estimated total earnings of $70,000-$110,000 are possible but not guaranteed. 

Respond to assigned leads, schedule appointments, inspect accessible roof areas, and document conditions with measurements, notes, and photos. 

Identify visible roofing concerns and build repair or replacement scopes using company pricing and approval procedures. 

Present material, warranty, financing, schedule, and project options accurately without making unauthorized promises. 

Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, selections, required disclosures, and customer questions. 

Maintain an active pipeline and accurate lead, appointment, follow-up, and sales records in the CRM. 

Coordinate a complete handoff to permitting, production, purchasing, and project-management teams. 

Follow company safety rules for ladders, roofs, weather, and property access. 

Meet sales, gross-margin, collection, cancellation, and customer-experience expectations. 

At least 2 years of in-home, construction, roofing, restoration, or high-ticket sales experience preferred. 

Ability to inspect common residential roof types and recognize when technical or management review is needed. 

Strong follow-up, proposal, negotiation, organization, and customer-service skills. 

Comfort using a CRM, measuring tools, photos, email, and digital contracts. 

Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. 

Ability to follow written commission, pricing, cancellation, and documentation policies.
