HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is thrilled to announce a brandnew opportunity for experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join our expanding team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in beautiful Fort Pierce, Florida. Located just one hour north of West Palm Beach, this Level II Trauma Center serves Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties and offers a clinically advanced environment supported by cuttingedge technology and a strong, collaborative anesthesia care team.

Experience Required
To support the successful launch of this new care model, we are seeking CAAs with demonstrated clinical experience in a highacuity environment. Candidates should be confident, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a fastpaced, teamdriven practice.

Opportunity Highlights

• Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 physicians and 27 APPs
• Brandnew integration of Anesthesia Assistants into the care team
• Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds
• Highvolume practice: 11,500+ annual surgical cases
• Stateoftheart facility:
  • 13 ORs + 15 SOS
  • 2 dedicated openheart ORs
  • 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU)
  • Level II Trauma Center
• Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, 14, and 24hour shifts
• Call: Backup weekend beeper call from home (Fri 7p7a; Sat/Sun/Holidays 7a7a)
• Always staffed: 1 physician + 1 APP inhouse
• Topoflicense practice with opportunities to demonstrate and expand clinical proficiency

• $75,000 start date bonus + relocation assistance
