🩺 CASE 1: Lake Worth, FL 33462

• Care Needs: G-Tube

• Schedule: Sundays, 7:00 AM7:00 PM

• Hours: 12 hours per week

• Help provide consistent nursing coverage for a family seeking dependable support.

🩺 CASE 2: Lake Worth, FL 33463

• Care Needs: G-Tube

• Schedule: Overnight shifts, 7:00 PM7:00 AM, and day shifts, 7:00 AM7:00 PM

• Hours: 1224 hours per week, depending on available shifts

• Weekend coverage opportunities are available.

🩺 CASE 3: Lake Worth, FL 33467

• Care Needs: Ventilator/BiPAP support

• Schedule: Multiple day and overnight shifts, 7:00 AM7:00 PM and 7:00 PM7:00 AM

• Hours: Up to 60 hours per week

• Requires an engaged clinician who remains actively involved in the patient's care throughout the shift.

• Active Florida RN license.

• Pediatric nursing experience, especially with G-tube care and respiratory support.

• Experience with ventilator/BiPAP care for the high-acuity case.

• Dependable, attentive, and committed to providing safe, individualized care.

• Able to follow safe patient-handling procedures and obtain assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
