Job Summary

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and contributing to accurate, on-time customer shipments.

In this Order Fulfillment Associate position, you will receive inventory, pick and pack orders, scan products, apply shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup in a fast-paced biotechnology and pharmaceutical warehouse environment. No previous warehouse experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity to build valuable logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse skills with a supportive team and a clear path toward long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately and safely.
- Pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products securely, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Scan and confirm each order in the warehouse system to support accuracy and traceability.
- Sort, stage, and organize packages for carrier pickup.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: San Antonio, TX.
- Overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts may be required during peak seasons.
