A Supervisor with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for supervising all Inbound Special Projects Vacation Advisors and developing overall plans, providing direction for telemarketing division to increase package sales, and Volume per Guest while ensuring that our guests are receiving the highest degree of customer service.

What will I be doing?

As Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising all Inbound Special Projects Vacation Advisors and developing overall plans, providing direction for telemarketing division to increase package sales, and Volume per Guest while ensuring that our guests are receiving the highest degree of customer service. Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Develop new programs for new areas. Review and assists in developing new scripts, rebuttals and sales presentations. Train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff.

• Coaching and developing front line Vacation Advisor
• Side by side and recorded call monitoring
• Tracking attendance, schedule adherence and sales performance at the team member level
• Work with other departments to ensure all package sales are within sales guidelines.
