The Pharmacist also assumes the responsibility for the delegation of pharmaceutical care to other members of the Pharmacy team. Provides professional knowledge and skills in the pharmacy to assure that the patients receive ultimate quality and safety in drug therapy. Shift: Rotates - 6:30AM-5:00PM and 10:30AM-9:00PM Licensure/Certification/Education (Required): List any license, certification or education required for this job (e.g. driver's license, RN License, HHA Certification, Master's Degree, etc.) 1. Current/Active Florida Pharmacist License (PS) 2. Bachelor's Degree Licensure/Certification/Education (Preferred): List any license, certification or education preferred for this job (e.g. driver's license, RN License, HHA Certification, Master's Degree, etc.) 3. American Red Cross Basic Life Support CPR (BLS) 4. American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Specialized Skills (Required): List the minimum specific knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job (e.g., homecare exp., med/surg exp., basic accounting principles/practices, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.) 5. Ability to utilize clinical skills in order to make sound clinical decisions/recommendations 6. Must have computer skills in order to process Specialized Skills (Preferred): List any preferred knowledge and skills necessary to perform this job. 7. Sterile Compounding 8.
