As a part-time HHA, you will provide personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises

  • Administer medication and perform treatments as directed by the plan of care

  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and changes in condition

  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the State of Florida

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
