$2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time | $900 for part-time $40$60 per hour total earnings: service pay plus enhancements and tips. Full-time and part-time openings.


Hand & Stone Weston is our busiest spa, with nearly 2,000 active members. If you're tired of driving to clients or waiting on app requests, this is the opposite: members book every month and come to you.

YOUR SIGN-ON BONUS Full-time therapists earn $2,000 and part-time therapists earn $900, paid in installments as you hit milestones: the first payment at 30 days, the next at 90 days, then every few months after that. The full schedule is in your offer letter.


HOW YOU GET PAID

• Service pay on every massage, plus commission on enhancements like hot stone, Himalayan salt stone, CBD, cupping, and aromatherapy
• Pay tiers: your service rate goes up as you move up tiers based on experience and performance
• W-2 employment, not 1099

THE SCHEDULE Evenings and weekends are when our members book, and that's where your income is. Every therapist works evening shifts and at least one weekend day. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available.


WHAT YOU NEED

• Active Florida massage therapist license (MA)
• Professional liability insurance
• Hands-on experience performing paid massages (school clinic hours don't count)
• Able to perform back-to-back 50- and 80-minute massages
• Comfortable recommending rebooking and membership to your guests
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
