Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff personal injury practice. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who can manage litigation support tasks efficiently while maintaining strong communication with clients and legal teams. The role offers the chance to contribute across the full case lifecycle, from document preparation through trial readiness, in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and revise litigation documents, pleadings, and related case materials with accuracy and timeliness.

Manage electronic court filings and ensure submissions comply with applicable procedural rules and deadlines.

Perform legal research to support case strategy, motion practice, and ongoing matter development.

Coordinate discovery activities, including organizing records, tracking deadlines, and assisting with responses and productions.

Support attorneys with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, witness materials, and other pre-hearing documentation.

Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document collection, and routine follow-up needs.

Assist with settlement-related activities, including support for negotiations and requests for lien or bill reductions. Requirements Prior experience working as a Paralegal in plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation matters.

Working knowledge of discovery procedures, litigation workflows, and trial preparation processes.

Proficiency with case management software and electronic filing systems.

Ability to conduct legal research and prepare organized, accurate case documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and external parties.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
