Assistant Manager Role

As an AssistantManager, youll:

*Split your time betweencutting on the floor,developing stylists, and assisting the Salon Manager in managing day-to-day operations
*Help grow the stores clientele and create an amazing experience for every guest

Pay Range:

Managers average$22$38/hour including base pay, incentives and tips.

Qualifications:

* ValidGA cosmetology or barber license
* Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work aflexible schedule
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
