Summary:

Jr Transition Counselors support the implementation of the Reserve Component Career Counselors (RCCC) programs by assist personnel transitioning from active duty through counseling, and coordination with individuals and agencies as required in Accordance with (IAW) Army National Guard (ARNG), National Guard Bureau (NGB), and Department of Army (DA) guidance and policies.

The Jr Transition Counselors counsel and present transition opportunities for ARNG and USAR, And Army to AC Soldiers for the purpose of continued service and develop contracts for ARNG and USAR accessions.
