Field Service Technician (Field Service Tech)Leidos

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician who thrives in a hands-on, mechanical environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment at various customer sites, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll need a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to obtain a TSA eQIP is a must. If you enjoy working independently, solving mechanical challenges, and delivering great customer experiences, this could be a great fit for you!

Travel to customer sites to perform installations, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on equipment Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates clearly to customers and internal teams

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as regular travel to customer locations is required Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet customer service demands Comfortable working in various physical environments, including the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or outdoor spaces
