What will I be doing?

As a Utility, you would be responsible for picking up an bussing dishes from guest rooms in a timely manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure all dishes are picked up in a quick and efficient manner.
• Bus all dishes in kitchen quickly, including placement of any non-dishware items in proper areas.
• Complete all side work that is designated by manager.
• Maintain good cleanliness standards and proper care of all supplies and equipment.
• Maintain an atmosphere of pleasant hospitality with guests and in room service area, including clear, concise and courteous communication.
