Position Summary

We are currently searching for an HR Coordinator for a contract role in the Post Falls, ID area. The HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations and helps ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role often assists with onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, scheduling, compliance tracking, and general employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities

  • Maintain employee files and HR records

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and answer basic employee questions

  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and posting jobs

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment verifications, and policy acknowledgments

  • Track compliance items, training completions, and required documentation

  • Help process personnel changes such as promotions, transfers, and status updates

  • Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed

  • Support HR projects and reporting

  • Assist with HRIS data entry and system updates

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 1+ years of HR experience required

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment documentation, and confidentiality standards

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
