We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering quality work. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems for residential and/or commercial clients. You'll work independently in the field, so strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude are a must. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including electrical components and refrigeration systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, outline solutions, and ensure a positive service experience
Must hold a valid EPA 608 Certification prior to starting Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities across multiple service calls Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel to customer sites is required
