HVAC Installer (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer)B & W Heating & Cooling

We're looking for someone with 2-10 years of experience as an HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of residential and commercial settings. You'll work with ductwork, refrigeration systems, and electrical components to ensure every installation meets safety and performance standards. Install and configure HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigeration components, and related equipment in accordance with project specifications and safety codes Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues during and after installation, applying strong problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with clients and team members on-site to complete installations efficiently, occasionally interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams

Must hold a valid EPA 608 certification or equivalent refrigerant handling certification required by state or local regulations Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions Strong commitment to workplace safety practices and adherence to local building codes and HVAC industry standards
