We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and attractively across retail locations. You'll work with plan-o-grams, clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and drive sales. A sharp eye for detail and a knack for customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Plan and execute product displays and shelf arrangements to maximize visibility and drive sales Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store staff to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized Analyze sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies to meet store and brand goals

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow planograms and visual merchandising guidelines accurately
