Description

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support a large manufacturing and distribution plant. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to build creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill manufacturing roles. This is a primarily onsite role, with one day remote in Lake Zurich, IL.

This person will play a key role in managing priority hiring needs across a large volume plant environment. The recruiter will need to be hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working in an manufacturing environment that is less formal and requires professionalism, resilience, and strong follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-priority openings within a manufacturing and distribution environment

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies, including outreach to campuses, internships, apprenticeship programs, and community pipelines

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs, with an expected workload of approximately 20 requisitions at any given time

• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to prioritize open roles and drive hiring progress

• Use UKG to manage recruiting activity, candidate flow, and requisition updates

• Ensure strong communication, follow-up, and attention to detail throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Full-cycle recruiting experience

• Proven sourcing success in manufacturing, distribution, or plant environments

• Strong direct sourcing skills with the ability to identify talent through multiple recruiting channels

• Experience using an ATS, preferably UKG

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Talent acquisition leadership or TA management experience

• Experience developing campus, internship, or apprenticeship recruiting programs

• Background in workforce planning, project coordination, or process improvement
