What You'll Do

• Analyze profitability, interest rate risk, liquidity, and balance sheet performance

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives

• Evaluate new products, lending programs, and investment opportunities

• Participate in financial modeling, reporting enhancements, and technology-driven process improvements

• Contribute to high-impact projects involving data analytics, automation, and business intelligence

What They're Looking For

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Audit

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ALM, investments, or financial institution reporting is preferred

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively

Requirements At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, audit, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and translate findings into business insights

Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Knowledge of cash flow analysis and liquidity risk management within a financial setting

Strong business analysis skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities proactively

Preference for experience in investments, financial institution reporting, or related financial services environments

Effective communication skills and a curious, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
