Hiring: Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Naperville, IL)

Join a boutique law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in financial analysis, and able to manage complex casework in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, and other court documents

• Coordinate attorney calendars, scheduling, deadlines, and court appearances

• Manage document discovery and organize production of financial data

• Work directly with clients to gather case information and financial records

• Review and analyze financial statements, income documentation, and expense records

• Draft and update financial affidavits and breakdowns

• Assist in litigation support, trial preparation, and client file management

• Prepare spreadsheets and financial calculations for support and asset division

• Draft correspondence and routine legal documents

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a family law paralegal or legal assistant

• Strong understanding of financial affidavits, income analysis, and account reviews

• Proficiency in Excel and financial data management

• Discovery and litigation support experience

• Excellent organizational, communication, and client interaction skills

• Clio experience is a plus

Compensation: $55,000$85,000 DOE + performance-based bonus.
