Maxim Healthcare in Rockford is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one care for our patients in the comfort of their home in the Greater Rockford area. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop and strengthen your nursing experience while making a direct difference in a patient's life every shift.

Patient Care Needs may include:

• Tracheostomy (Trach) Care

• Ventilator Management

• G-Tube Care

• Skilled Nursing Assessments & Interventions

Available Shifts

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN License

• Current BLS Certification

• Current Health Certificate (if required)

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

• Nursing experience preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates
